Chelsea are closing in on Ivory Coast striker David Datro Fofana from Norwegian club, Molde FK.
The 19-year-old has scored 15 goals and provided five assists in 24 appearances this season.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have already agreed a deal worth in excess of €10m with Molde, with personal terms currently being discussed between the player's agent and the club.
Despite Brighton and other clubs expressing interest, Chelsea are actively working to finalise the transfer.
